1.2. As a retailer of digital products, we reserve a right to sell under the guidance of these terms of service. By using our services you automatically agree to these terms and policies. Breaking any rules or terms might result in a ban/blacklist from the support server and refusal to further provide our services.
1.3. This User Agreement (“Agreement”), the EzBoost Store Privacy Policy, and all policies posted on our websites set out the terms and conditions on which we offer you access to and use of my sites, services, applications and tools (collectively “Services”). This Agreement is entered into between you as the user of our services (“User”) and EzBoost (“CB, nvck, EzBoost"). All policies and the Privacy Policy are incorporated into this User Agreement. You agree to comply with all of the above when accessing and using our services.
1.4. Amendments. We may amend this Agreement and/or server policies at any time, with or without notice to you, by posting the amended and restated Agreement or policy on the server. The amended and restated Agreement and/or policy shall be effective immediately upon posting.
1.5. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
1.6. We reserve the right to discontinue any tool or service at our discretion without providing a refund or replacement.
1.7 "Lifetime" refers to the duration for which the tool/service is operational. If a tool is patched, ceases to function, is flagged, or leaked, we will make efforts to resolve the issue. However, we do not guarantee a replacement or refund if the issue remains unresolved.
1.8. Any attempts to crack, leak, or distribute our products without authorization will result in the revocation of your license. If you have purchased source code, you will no longer receive updates.
1.9. We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service if fraudulent activity is suspected, without prior notice or compensation.
2.1. Data Collection: We may collect and store information provided by you, including but not limited to contact details, server details, and payment information, solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
2.2. Data Usage: All collected data is used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
2.3. Third-Party Services: Our services may use third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, Discord). By using our services, you agree to the data processing policies of these third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their data handling practices.
2.4. Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
2.5. Retention of Information: We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Upon your request, we will delete your data unless retention is required by law.

2.7. Privacy Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify our Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through updates on this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
3.1. We do not offer the ability to transfer boosts. Please do not request this service.
3.2. If you remove any boosting accounts or if they are removed by your anti-raid bot, no replacements will be provided.
3.3. Promotion Revocation and Account Deletion: We do not offer compensation for boosts if a promotion is revoked by Discord or if our accounts are deleted.
3.4. Server Boost Duration: Boosts will remain active for the entire duration of Nitro on the accounts used to boost your server. A 1-month Server Boost is equivalent to 27-30 days. If server boost expire sooner a replacement will be provided!
4.1. We provide a 30 day warranty for server members, but if a token is revoked, replacement may not be possible.
5.1. 15 minutes warranty on locked/invalid/flagged tokens we are not responsible for anything after that.
5.2. DO NOT login into the tokens manually as there high chance they can get locked/flagged/invalidated . If you do so and they do get locked/flagged/invalidated no replacement/refund will be provided.
5.3. If a token is damaged/flagged/locked due to the customer not using them correctly or using a flagged tool we are not liable for any replacements.
5.4. We are not held responsible and will not replace any token with a captcha.
5.5. If a promotion is revoked by Discord, we are unable to replace or compensate you in ANY form.
5.6. After pass changing of token your warranty is automatically invalid due to the fact we are unable to check anything that happens.
6.1. 14 days warranty on ALL of our Nitro. After that period is over there is no replacement.
6.2. No auto claim warranty, but we are 100% sure that the links will not get claimed until they expire.
6.3. While claiming the gift links, make sure to have a screen-recorded proof so we can proceed to replace / refund if gets claimed or revoked.
6.4. We may or may not be able to replace a revoked gift link depending on the circumstances (for example- discord mass revokes).
6.5. If we were to replace you must have reported the revoke within 24 hours of the email sent by Discord.
6.6. No replacement if the link expires
7.1. We do not provide any warranties for this kind of product. Purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk.
7.2. Replacements will only be offered if the tokens provided are found to be invalid upon delivery. All claims must be made within 15 minutes of purchase.
8.1. Full Warranty for 24 hours! After that period is over there is no replacement.
8.2. We only replace accounts/codes that are invalid or banned on delivery
